Our Process

Design
To begin, the KISANY bespoke service team will ensure we fully understand your design vision from material to colour combinations. With your input we will create the detailed technical product designs for your approval to proceed.

Source
We will source all the relevant materials required to complete your project within agreed timelines.

Prototype
Once we have agreed on the design we will begin training and testing in the atelier can begin. You will receive photos of prototypes to ensure the reality is true to your vision.

Creation
The team of artisans in Goma or Kigali will begin creating the final product for you. All products go through intensive quality checks in East Africa and Belgium.

Delivery
Your beautiful, bespoke KISANY product will be lovingly packaged and sent, ready to provide years of joy.
